What happens after I request a customization?
Once you request a customization through our platform, we'll review the nature of your request and provide an indication of costs to you, based on the scope of your requests.
Generally, simple foundation changes or mirroring a plan would fall into the extra small or small bucket. Extensive changes that combine building height increases, length extensions, window movements, and window size changes combined into a single customization request might fall into a large or advanced customization.
When do I pay for customizations?
You do not have to pay for a customization when you request it. Once we have reviewed your request and provided you with an indication of cost, you have complete control of your decision to move forward. We will move forward with execution of your customization requests upon receipt of 100% of the quoted costs.
How long do customizations take?
We generally aim to have a first draft ready in less than two business weeks, however smaller customization scopes might be ready in less time.
